tivs v1.1.1 Coming Soon to Resolve Possible App Crash

It's been discovered that all versions of Trade In Values for Windows Phone have a defect that will result in the application crashing. If tivs downloads an updated game list for a console and the new file is smaller than the previous one when attempting to open the console tivs will exit to the main screen for Windows Phone.

We will be releasing a patched version of tivs that will also contain the following fixes.
- Console List in Settings has variable widths
- Console Title on Game List screen takes up too much screen space in landscape mode.
- New Consoles, aka non-shipping, would not get implemented or update properly
- Added in support for future trading location, "The Source"
